The Foreign Consuls Among Us (sub-titled A Guide to Citizen Diplomacy) began as the main title for a book I first authored in 2013. Next came the sub-title Local Bridges to Globalism in 2018, still targeting readers who don’t necessarily have an academic background in the topic. Now in its best-selling digital format with three added chapters (2021), the book is particularly easy to research, appealing to the following groups and individuals:

  • Organizations seeking the benefits of a consular network
